New stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops are featured in the full kitchen. Ample cookware, gadgetry and air-fryer make it easy to fix home-cooked meals, and the French-door refrigerator has plenty of room for groceries and drinks. Three can share breakfast and coffee at the kitchen bar, and the water-view dining table seats six. This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV. A peaceful color palette welcomes you into the primary suite, which features a king bed, pool vistas, and a smart TV. Fine tilework adorns the walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have plush queen-size beds and there’s a tub/shower combination in the guest bathroom.

The covered front patio offers shaded seating for two. Host happy hour under the waterfront tiki hut, located next to your private 5-foot-deep pool. The stainless-steel outdoor kitchen sports a gas grill, a griddle, an oven, a sink, cooler and ice maker machine. Your private dock can accommodate boats of up to 36ft. (The canal is approximately five-to-six feet deep.) Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. This single-story home is accessed via one step.

You are in the right place! Your vacation home is centrally located. An hour from Key West and an hour from Key Largo. Discover the coastal forests of the Florida Keys Wildlife and Environmental Area in an eight-minute walk. When you’re ready for a beach day, Sunset Park is four miles from your door. Sombrero Beach (three-and-a-half miles) is a favored spot for swimming and spotting nesting turtles. There are two boat ramps nearby. One is on Aviation Blvd and Harbor Dr. The second one is on the Bayside on 33rd street. Marathon’s seafood-inspired eateries are easily accessible, too.
