Things to know: * Pool heat for an additional fee during cooler months. * This is a weekly rental from Saturday at 4 p.m. to Saturday at 9 a.m. Special requests please send us a message. * Please note the boat lift is not available. The owner’s boat occupies the lift behind the house. There is 36ft of dock space remaining for guests. * For everyone’s safety, we have exterior cameras. Front and sides monitoring the parking area and in the back monitoring the pool, pool equipment and dock areas. * LP is not provided for the outdoor BBQ. Guests are to fill tanks if needed.
